Any changes to transportation should be submitted through the FinalForms Parent Portal. Please expect a minimum of 72 hours for changes to be implemented.
To request a transportation change:
- Log in to FinalForms and open the forms for your student.
- Select the Transportation Form.
- Make the necessary changes
- Verify the changes at the bottom of the form.
