Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Treasurer, St. Marys School, Attention Robin Laman, 100 W. Spring St., St. Marys, Ohio 45885, until 9:00 a.m. Ohio time, June 23, 2017, at which time they will be transported to the District Service Center, 1445 Celina Rd., St. Marys, Ohio 45885 and at 10:00 a.m. on the same date they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Contractors may bring sealed bids with them to the bid opening at the District Service Center in lieu of delivering them to the office of the Treasurer. Bids will be for the expansion of the St. Marys School Athletic Complex parking lot. A warranty will be required for this project. This is not a prevailing wage project.
