Winter Walk Program

St. Marys City Schools Superintendent Bill Ruane announced that the district’s Winter Walk program will begin Monday, November 12, 2018 at St. Marys Memorial High School and Middle School. It begun in 1990, the Winter Walk program is a free service offered by the school district which provides adult residents of the community the opportunity to walk for exercise during the winter months. This year’s program will conclude on Monday, March 28, 2019 weather pending.

Doors will be unlocked for walker access on Monday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the St. Marys Middle School and Memorial High School. For days when there is no school, including calamity days and school holidays such as Christmas and Spring breaks, there will be no walker access.
