DECA
DECA is an association of marketing students. It is for Juniors and Seniors enrolled in Marketing Education. The main purpose of DECA is: Leadership Development, Civic Consciousness, Vocational Understanding, and Social Intelligence. Both classes are held in M7. Seniors are 1st period and Juniors are 2nd period. In February there is an assembly held for any sophomores or juniors interested in being a part of DECA the following school year. Those interested should attend the meeting and fill out an application. Mrs. Lisi then reviews the applications and members are selected based on attendance, grades, willingness to participate, and teacher evaluation.
