3 Hour Delay Policy

If 3 (three) calamity days are used before the end of the 1st semester, a three-hour delay may be declared in an attempt to avoid using the 4th and 5th calamity days. If, at the end of the 1st semester, 3 (three) or less calamity days have been used, the three-hour delay will not be implemented until 4 (four) calamity days have been used.
